She is one of the most successful students of Royal Soft Skills Campus. We are proud to take her interview. Our Director Dr.Vivekanand Rayapeddi talked to her. She expressed great positivity, she said that even a dark cloud has a silver lining, in the same way, this Corona is giving plenty of time for her to Prepare for her Masters in Germany. She is now learning German and other technical subjects. She recollected her wonderful days that she had at Royal Soft Skills Campus. She expressed the view that our Director Dr.Vivekanand Rayapeddi is the personification of positive energy. She shared these aspects in a candid interview with our Director. Here are few excerpts.

Story of a young girl Priya. Priya is a pretty young girl. She completed her graduation couple of years ago. She is working as a school teacher in a small private school near her home. Priya is hard working in nature. She is very good at her subject knowledge. The students like her way of teaching very well. She has a passion and natural flair to teach. Despite all these facts, she gets very less salary. There is no chance of any further growth in that school. Because, the school is very small. They just cannot pay her high salary. Many a time, She thought of leaving that school and joining a big school. But she just did not dare to do so. The reason is very simple. She was scared at the thought of attending the interviews, the idea of speaking English with the interviewers in corporate schools makes shudder. THE POWER OF SELF TALK The Power of Self-Talk Before we discuss ‘What is Self-Talk ?’, let me tell you one interesting thing. Every one likes Saching Tendulkar. I also like him very much. The legendary batsman hit 100 centuries in his sparkling career. However, do you remember the struggle that he underwent before hitting his hundredth century? After completing his ninety-nine centuries, he could not hit his hundredth century with ease. He almost played 34 innings before he managed to hit his hundredth century. During this period of thirty-four innings, on few occasions he got miserably failed just by scoring single digit runs and on some other occasions he missed the landmark score after almost touching the higher scores of 94 runs and above. What could be the reason? The Self-talk is the driving force within us which will make us win or lose. Even the master blaster is also not an exception.
